Getting ready for Mistura 2015 Culinary Fair in Lima, Peru

Mistura Culinary Fair was created by Peru's top chef, Gaston Acurio, over a decade ago. Now it has become Latin America's biggest culinary event. Chefs from all over the world congregate in Lima, Peru for a fascinating two weeks of Peru's best dishes from its three diverse regions (Coast, Andes and Rain Forest). 

As an entrepreneur in the culinary world, it is of most importance to attend this prestigious culinary fair. In the meantime, I would like to share with the people in Seattle the diversity of the culinary spectrum in Peru.

This blog will be my tool to share my experiences and also to let people know what I will be adding to DonLuchos once I get back to Seattle.
